We do NOT attempt to dictate what you should think or believe. Skeptics Welcome! You’ll learn a bit of Old Town’s History, hear the reported Ghost Stores, review the Paranormal Evidence and then decide for yourself the possibility of the existence of Ghosts. This is a fun, old-fashioned , Ghost Story style Tour. We are NOT a Haunted House. No one is jumping out at you - or if they do, they are not with us! We ae not a Ghost Hunting or a Paranormal Investigation Tour (though we do those from time to time). We do not use cheesy parlor magic tricks. We tell you the reported Ghost Stories, we share the past history of that location and we show you the evidence collected my various Ghost Hunters and Paranormal Investigators during the past 23-years. 

Most of the Tour locations are operating businesses which are closed by the time we pass by. We do not usually go inside the buildings during the Tour, we reminisce from the outside walkways. Merchants invite you to come inside and take a look during their regular business hours.

    • Public Tours: “ADD-ON” Extra Children (Ages: 1-day through 4-years) for $5.00 each later in the Check-Out Process

  • Ghost Hunting Equipment Rentals available for use during the Tour

  • Listed prices DO NOT including applicable taxes, service charges, nor gratuities

  • Don’t forget to TIP your Tour Guide (GOOD KARMA)!

What if it is raining or storming or bad weather during my Tour?

  • Tours are held regardless of the weather and that Tours and Events will be held in all weather conditions including, sun, snow, ice, thunder & lightening, storm and/or Extraterrestrial Alien invasions.

  • DRESS FOR THE WEATHER FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE! Wear comfortable walking shoes.

  • Winter nights are quite cold. Bundle up with warm lofty layers. Warm clothes, winter jacket, hat scarf, gloves and warm foot wear. Summer heat can be extreme. Sunscreen, hat & plenty of water suggested!

  • NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All sales final. Most Tickets (excluding Vouchers) are good for two-years from date of reservation; and are transferable to another available Tour or to another person.

Can I bring my Dog on the Tour with me?

  • Yes! All Tours are Pet Friendly!

  • Well behaved leashed, carried or stollered pets are welcome on all Tours.

  • Doggie clean-up bags are available on the Old Town Plaza.

Can I bring children under the age of 5 on the Tour?

  • Our tours are rated PG-13 due to historical graphic subject matter

  • Parents may bring children of all ages at their own discretion.

  • Admission is required for ALL AGES (from 1-day old to 110-years old)

    • Public Tours: “ADD-ON” Extra Children (Ages: 1-day through 4-years) for $5.00 each later in the Check-Out Process

  • Strollers STRONGLY SUGGESTED for Children aged 5 & under

  • We have a WELL BEHAVED CHILD Policy: If you are bringing children, they must behave and be under parental or adult (18 or older) supervision for the duration of the tour. If Children are disruptive to the tour we ask that you, please, step away from the tour until the child has calmed down. If a child continues to disrupt the group, we will charge the credit card on file double for the child. It is at the Ghost Host's discretion to determine if a Child is being disruptive!

  • A PRIVATE TOUR or a FAMILY may be a better option for your family if you have young Children.

Can we bring Alcohol on the Tour?

  • No. The Ghost Tour is not appropriate if you are intoxicated.

  • Please stay at the bar if you have been drinking and are intoxicated at tour time.

  • If you are too intoxicated to drive, you are too intoxicated to safely walk the streets of historic Old Town.

  • If you insist on taking the tour and are disruptive to the other guests our Ghost Host will ask you and your party to leave. You will not receive a refund. If you refuse to leave other measures will be taken.

  • If you are intoxicated at tour time, please, do everyone including yourself a favor and enjoy the spirits at the local bars or during our Toast-a-Ghost Haunted Pub Crawls for those aged 21 and over
